People are nice and accommodating. Any issues get results quickly

Noisy. People moving in and out all the time. Playground hasn't been improved the 7 yrs I've lived here n wasn't in great shape then. I feel like tenants use to be screened better. Have police here way too often. Non tenants fill our dumpsters up constantly. Potholes did get filled in and are much better.
