Reasonable rates
Enjoyable place to live for working single adults. Management and maintenance are very prompt and attentive to issues with the unit and buildings and grounds. The only area I noticed that gets neglected is the breezeway. It should probably get power washed on a routine basis, 4-6 weeks, or as needed. Birds build nests on the upper level so the floor level has a lot of droppings and debris that doesn't come up with a household broom. I would strongly recommend checking out Horizon to anyone looking for apartments in the Gardner Edgerton area.
