Pets allowed. The Barlow is a pet-friendly community and home to some of the most adorable pets around town! Service and emotional support animals (ESA) are welcomed and so are those that are not. However, The Barlow has a few dogs listed on the breed restriction list that cannot be added to the lease unless registered as a service animal or as an ESA. Breed restricted dogs include Akitas, Chows, Dobermans, English Staffordshire terriers, German Shepherds, Pit Bulls, Pressa Canarios, Rottweilers, Great Danes, wolf hybrids or any breed mixed with any of these breeds. There are several amenities that cater to the needs of our pets at The Barlow, including an on-site bark park for our furry friends to utilize and a pet spa. No more than two pets are allowed per apartment home.Cats allowed. Dogs allowed.

I really enjoyed living in these apartments, but they were pretty expensive. It is definitely not a single income friendly apartment, especially with prices and how they keep just going up nowadays I think the only problem that I really had was at the end of my stay from where I ended my lease. They still gave me an eviction notice, even though I was out before the date that they told me to be out and charged me double for the leaving fee

wonderful place, the employees are wonderful, helpful at all times. The people living here are friendly and helpful. The gym is great, my friend comes over and we do the gym together on Sundays. Thank you and the staff for caring about me and helping me with anything that I need.
