Pets allowed. A one-time, deposit of three hundred dollars ($300) is required for each pet, excluding those that meet and are approved based on reasonable accommodations and modifications. Resident agrees that any damage to the unit will be paid by the Resident. No pet is permitted if the anticipated weight at maturity exceeds 25 pounds. Puppies of large breed dogs will NOT be permitted, as they are anticipated to exceed the 25-pound limit. A Resident is only allowed two (2) pets per unit. Pets other than a cat or dog, when allowed, must be kept in a cage in the unit. NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances: Snakes, Spiders, Ferrets, Pot Belly Pigs or other Reptiles.

Its gone downhill, my apartment has had a water leak since ive moved in and they always tell me maintenance will fix it and they never do. Im sure theres mold in my walls at this point. I never know when anyones going to be in the office. Dont waste money with paying for extra key fobs to get in the building you wont need them because they leave the doors unlocked because they key fob system is always down. Basically, nothing gets taken care of and its just trashy now. My air filters been changed once since moving in although ive requested it multiple times until finally i pay for it myself.

been here for about 2 years place isn't to bad, only main issue I have is the spike in the rent I was paying around 795 for a 1 bedroom then they jumped the rent over 900 this place is supposed to be income restricted and yet we have our rent jacked up kinda messed up especially if our income don't increase.
