Decent Downtown Living

Apartments are newish to downtown...finishes are not top of the line compared to competitors going up and around but still nice. Down fall is the dog park draining has been an issue with a lack of drainage system to handle the smell. There is no secure mail room and packages are open to the public. Currently on management company #3 and still do not have a full-time leasing person on site and can be a challenge to get ahold of.

Would like the rules to be enforced here. If they can't be enforced due to lack of monitoring equipment then why are they rules. It just pisses off the rule followers.

1st apartment experience

I moved in almost 2 years ago. Wonderful sense of community with friendly neighbors. Great location in the heart of Noblesville were there are fabulous restaurants, shops and there is always something going on. Close to the White River Greenway Trail.
