A little noisy from the apartment upstairs but the staff is really great. I like the area outside for people and guest to go outside and gather. All in all it is a great place to live. I like the fact that everyone stays to theirself.

an okay place to stay, but rent is going up

lately they have added a grill station and hand rails. things like that to increase the revenue value, that don't actually change the apartments. the apartments on the top corners don't have great insulation, it's cold in winter and hot in summer. I've loved the neighbors ive met and the staff is friendly. Just don't get too excited about things like the appliances as they are nothing to write home over. they are also making honey so theres a bee hive out back. I am leaving because the rent got too high, and it seems to be trending up. just some things to keep in mind overall. If you leave a review, you get entered into win a gift card.

Not the best

We had problem with over charged rent that wasn't fixed until 5 months later, the apartment has a lot for difficulties. Leaking sinks, leaking Ceiling, balcony door has a hole in it so it rains in the leaving room, the carpet was ripped when we moved in, looks like mold in the shower. And the bathroom is half painted when we were told someone would come back to finish, it's been 10 moths
