We love the house! But the builders forgot to install gutters which doesn’t seem like a big deal till you have to unload groceries in the rain and all of the roof water splashes right on you. Also not great for the foundation. Additionally it seems there is a condensation line from the HVAC that drains in the sewer without a p-trap.

I have lived at my apertment in New Albany for the last 3 months. I moved here from Nashville to be closer to Family. While I miss some of what Nashville has to offer, I will say that I appreciate the updated property and ample square footage that I am getting for my rent. The neighbors are pleasant and our street is fairly quite. Overall it has been a great experience.
