Bison Ridge Apartments

We have lived here 10 years and nothing has been improved there is lots of work that needs to be done! My carpets have never been shampooed I think with the rent increase each year we should see some improvement to the property

The new office staff is rude. The staff at your corporate office can’t return s phone call and/or email. The place looks like a dump, not kept up at all and let’s not forget the community electric bill went unpaid for days and there were no lights in the common areas, stairways nor the parking lot. Parking is a joke as there are guests who take the parking from the residents, tenants with 2 cars have to park both cars close to the apartment doors and one of the tenants has a broken down car which, parked right as close as can be to the entrance to the building, hasn’t moved in weeks. And what happened to our little gym? I hear it’s now a community room for functions? That’s laughable! Poorly managed since you let Pam slip away. Shame on you.
