Very responsive and wonderful staff!

Maintenance, both within units, and on the outdoor property itself is really prompt and good. Snow is cleared, flowers are planted, staff are lovely and professional!

Really like this place

Never any parking. Pool closed for the season, but management has never actually told us why. Management very nice and maintenance always responds quickly. Neighbors can be noisy. Lawn could look better, but landscaping looks nice. Lots of positives and a few negatives.

We allow each household/apartment to have 2 dogs (certain restrictions apply) or 2 cats. One dog 25 pounds or under will be allowed or 2 dogs that weigh under 25 pounds total. If one dog weighed 15 pounds and the other weighed 11 pounds, both dogs could not be accepted.
