It's been 6 weeks since I've noticed termites in my apartment and Maintenance just put spackle over it, my renters insurance has gotten involved.

Been here 2 weeks and still waiting for maintenance to fix screen lock storage door and there’s no lock on patio door. I also have broken cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom and I was promised that my tub would be reglazed.
