--Free public street parking available on 10th St (same side as house, where not marked with yellow curb). Please note that the driveway next to the property belongs to our neighbor, so we kindly ask that you do not park there.
? Safety, Accessibility Notes, & House Rules
--Homes are NOT baby-proofed (no outlet covers, no cabinet locks, furniture is not secured to walls, no cribs provided, etc). Guests are responsible for their safety. --No parties, or events ā we value the relationship with our neighbors, and strive to keep the home in top condition. --?? No smoking inside or within 50 ft (violations = $300 cleaning fee)
--Train tracks nearby: Michigan City is a āquiet zone,ā but you may hear crossing bells. Sound machines provided. --Historic home = funky layout (limited kitchen counters, quirky game room bathroom). Adds to the charm, but worth noting. --Duplex home = possible sound transfer between upper & lower units. --Many stairs to enter + steep steps to the game roomābest for able-bodied guests.

--Note: We always try to provide early check-in and late check-out opportunities when possible. (It is simply dependent on whether or not itās a same day check-in/out, the condition in which the previous guest left the home, and our cleanersā schedules.) Please notify us if you would like early/late check-in/out, and we will do our best to make it work! ??
