Max weight 25 lb each. A one-time, deposit of three hundred dollars ($300) is required for each pet, excluding those that meet and are approved based on reasonable accommodations and modifications. Resident agrees that any damage to the unit will be paid by the Resident. No pet is permitted if the anticipated weight at maturity exceeds 25 pounds. Puppies of large breed dogs will NOT be permitted, as they are anticipated to exceed the 25-pound limit. A Resident is only allowed two (2) pets per unit. Pets other than a cat or dog, when allowed, must be kept in a cage in the unit. NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances: Snakes, Spiders, Ferrets, Pot Belly Pigs or other Reptiles.

I have lived here 2 years. I just renewed my new lease. The property was built in 2009. There are a lot of things that need updated. The amnemities said that there was a computer in the Library with access to internet. The computer and printer are very outdated. They are the same ones from 2009. It is a nice place to live but is not well maintained. We were without a manager for more than 4 months while manager was on pregnancy leave. It was crazy around here. Rent checks were falling out of the slot in the rent box. This place just needs better management, maintenance and a little loving care. I am sure upper management and owners may not be aware of what is going on or they would have done something about it.

I I,Everything is nice here and convenient to stores groceries and a lot within walking distance distance.//Management could be better. Management and maintenance are only here 3 days a week.and just not enough to aa care of residents needs. There are 60 units and in my opinion a lot of inappropriate behaviors while management is not onsite. Smoking issues are very prevalent in the units. If I had known that residents 2ere allowed to smoke in their units,,I would have been a little more hesitant to move into Brentwood. I have chain smokers all arondaroud me and it comes through vents and walls. Everyone is being affected by second hand smoke. .
