A one-time, non-refundable payment of three hundred dollars ($300) is required for each pet, excluding those that meet and are approved based on reasonable accommodations and modifications.Ā  The payment must be paid in full prior to the pet entering the unit.Ā  Resident agrees that any damage to the unit will be paid by the Resident.Ā No pet is permitted if the anticipated weight at maturity exceeds 25 pounds.Ā  Puppies of large breed dogs will NOT be permitted, as they are anticipated to exceed the 25-pound limit.Ā  A Resident is only allowed two (2) pets per unit.Ā  Pets other than a cat or dog, when allowed, must be kept in a cage in the unit.Ā  NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances:Ā  Snakes, Spiders, Ferrets, Pot Belly Pigs or other Reptiles.

Filthy! Poorly maintained facility. Verbally abusive management. Train horns blaring on one side. Elementary school kids screaming on the other side. Im just counting the days until my lease is up. - + Dog friendly + Most of the residents are polite. + Walking distance to town.

I have not receive a message for the Manager to receive my attempt to tour the apartments.

The apartments are nice. We don't get to use the trash shoots in the building. We have to walk them outside to the dumpster. We don't get to use the restrooms downstairs the doors are kept locked to them. The people that live here are friendly. And it is pretty quiet.

I LOVE my place!! It's so nice! I just wish they would have put ceiling fans in the bedroom too and a screen door on our balcony and patio doors. Why would you put a door to the patio or balcony that you can't keep open because of bugs coming in? And I do really wish this was a smoke free building like the other buildings. Sometimes our hallways smell like smoke from the people that do smoke. Other than that I like it. The staff is awesome!!!!
