275 River Centre Landing

The only thing good about this place is the location. Other than that the businesses in the building are rarely open and the staff rents out community places that are advertised for tenant use so thats not an ammedity. The are constant emails for rent reminders. They are mass sent to everyone and become annoying especially when youve never been late. Equipment in units; washing machines, dishwashers, etc operate at the most basic level. Expect numerous cycles for median performance. If you are looking for a basic place to sleep this is it.

the appartment prices are way over priced for what you actually get. They sell you on the shops that are on the first floor, but fail to tell you that they are hardly open.

Lived here over a year, people are great, staff is great, restaurants and bars right below us! Walking trial right outside the building. Included amenities are minimal.

People above my room they’re always loud and it feels like they’re always dragging something on the floor. Plus there’s dog barking early in the morning. They’re always loud especially in the morning. And sometimes on Saturday. There’s some loud people walking in the corridor and while they’re waiting on the elevator they be laughing and talking so loud

I don't believe the lack of amenities is worth the amount I pay in rent each month. There should be a pool for the amount I pay, or I should at least get access to the pool and gym at the hotel. I don't like that tenants have to pay for the only gym available in the complex. Maintenance was not very helpful to me the few times I've called an issue in. One issue never got fixed. I don't care for the fact that they use so much of the building for event spaces. I originally liked the River Centre because it was quiet. Now there's always so many loud obnoxious events going on without consideration of the tenants. I don't feel that the tenants should have to pay to rent out the community rooms either. Community rooms should be part of the amenities for tenants. I don't like the parking situation either. There's no covered parking.

Great place to live. Girls are awesome! I lived at River Centre for 1 year. I had no issues with anything! Great location in Jasper also! FIVE STARS!!!!!
