Management communication is lacking. The cleanliness of the building is very much lacking. These apartments were described as "luxury apartments", but do not live up to that description, not does the cost reflect the quality. There are 0 amenities, the building is not regularly cleaned, there is not much decor/pizazz, and there are pests (bats and an unbelievable amount of alive/dead flies scattered throughout the whole building). When we had a bad storm a couple of months ago, both lobby areas were completely flooded and not taken care of. People also don't pick up after their dogs and there is no system to help with that problem. Other buildings I have lived in had either cameras and signs outside or were apart of the "Poo Prints" program. The location is great and the parking is great as well. The noise level is fine.

The Hawks is a live/work community designed for artists and entrepreneurs with space to work, live and entertain.
