Staff lied to save their seat after I asked for reg. manager

Honestly, I am traumatized by these staff. I have asked them for 21+ days for a change of ONE kitchen faucet due to the fact that my hands were becoming red with rashes, from the sulfur in the water, and at the end, they lied and said they "inserted" something in the previous faucet in the meantime (in a specific maintenance delivery)- which is not true, since iI was there, present, during that maintenence.

Nice area and apartments

We love living here, it's quiet and peaceful! Great location with a lovely community. Rent is affordable, and the complexes are nice, clean, and updated.
