All applicants over the age of 18 will pay a $75 application fee. Once the application is approved, a $300 holding fee will be charged to the primary applicant’s method of payment. The two-bedroom apartments feature two designs. One of them goes up to 958 square feet and has one bathroom. The second model has two bathrooms and goes up to 991 square feet. Plus, to make daily life easier, we included the gas for heating, cooking, and hot water, and provide water, sewer, and trash services. Reserved, carport parking is offered and off street parking, and recycling are also part of your North Pointe experience. And, to further ensure your peace of mind, we made sure emergency maintenance services are available 24-hours a day.
