We do have restrictions on certain dog breeds, such as American Pitbull Terrier, American Bulldog, American Staffordshire Terrier, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Alaskan Husky, Alaskan Malamute, Samoyed, Siberian Husky, Doberman Pinscher, Chow, Great Dane, St. Bernard, Wolf Hybrid, & Akita. In addition, any crossbreeds of these types are not permitted. Tenants are required to provide a picture of their dog, vet records, and a payment to register the dog. The weight limit for dogs is 80 lbs. We do not allow exotic animals or other types of pets.

Grissom is a very secure place to live I have lived here sixteen years Very happy here. I love the trees. The geese here are cool

I've been here for going on 3yrs. Neighbors are good and respectful. Been through like 3 or 4 property Managers, we've had Regina the longest and she is the best that we have had. She tries her hardest to accommodate your every need. Something breaks and she is on it the next day and either has it fixed or gets you a new one. Best place to live in Cicero.
