I’ve lived here for over a year. Our air conditioning has not worked since we moved in. The man who gave us the keys and showed us our apartment told us the air conditioning will just need a couple hours to catch up with the temperature outside. This was false. Maintenance never attempted to fix it, even after a call to them the next day. (The emergency maintenance number). Maintenance showed up, looked at our thermostat, said it should work, then went downstairs and realized we dont have one hooked to our apartment. We havent heard anything from them since. When i called to get a status update on the replacement of our air conditioner, i was told this was the first they heard of it and they would add me to the “stack of requests” despite us already having the maintenance man out, and him admitting we don't have an air conditioner. We have been forced to use our personal window unit, which has driven up our electric bill expectantly. I was given a false key for our mailbox at the start of our lease, as there were no mailboxes for several apartments in my “block”. Once the new mailboxes were installed, we were locked out of our mailboxes until we went to the office to get a key. We have been told and shown by our neighbors that we have one of the “nice” apartments. We have had crayon on the back of our bedroom doors since we moved in. We have no children or crayons. We hope this review actually helps the complex become safer, nicer and worth the $930/month we pay.
Good
Been here for a while now and really enjoy staying here
It's ok
Maintenance is descent. Pest control is better. New staff is great. Rent is too high for what it's worth, but good location.
Great
I think its a nice queit complex, maintenance could be better. Overall love it
Good value
Its not a bad place to live. Ive had no issues with staff or maintenance.
