Used to be a good place - no more - maintenance makes a mess in your apt and mgmt doesn't reply. Seemingly have to block parking all the time to fix - laundry is expensive - rent up 40% in past 3 years - property mgmt doesnt listen to residents -

I've been here for 2 months, so far so good. Carolyn is amazing and very helpful. The building itself is quiet. Occasionally you hear noise from the outside, cars, emergency vehicles and the train.

Very happy with my unit and even happier with how clean and up-to-date it is. The courtyard is beautiful and well maintained as well. Very peaceful so far. Management has been very attentive as well.
