Hight and Low rating explanation. Parking: I am using Parking field to rate the backstairs dumpster area close to the walgreens parking lot which is covered in trash and now includes used syringes and needles! Noise: Our walls are paper thin. I can hear my neighbors snore at night. Previous tenants of this building also had the same issues. Perhaps we can add more insulation to the connecting bedroom walls. Amenities: The laundry machines can be upgraded and it would be nice to have Apple Pay or card readers so we don't have to keep buying quarters. Even a laundry card system that we can reload would be better. Also, new tenants are not cleaning the lint filters. Staff: I love the staff who is excellent in responding to my concerns and is very friendly. Cynthia is the best!
