The tenance upstairs are just noisy specially in the middle of the night, you can here loud footsteps, talking loud and singing

The apartment is a perfect size and very nice for the two of us living here. Being allowed to have my pet live with me really helped me appreciate living here. While the heated floors are nice for cold weather, not as much can be said for the AC sadly. There is not a thermostat so we have one provided unit that only cools the living room and kitchen. The two bedrooms are quite stuffy, especially on super hot days/nights. We have actually taken to sleeping on an air mattress in the living room when it gets especially hot because the main bedroom feels dry and humid. The walls are thin so noise does travel throughout the building but that isn’t really a problem. Being right behind a loading dock can be quite frustrating at times though because at any point during the day or night a loud truck and other sounds can be heard even when the windows are shut. Other than that, this apartment has treated us nicely! Our unit was remodeled right before we moved in which is awesome. Hardwood(vinyl?) floors instead of carpet is a nice touch. The kitchen is super nice too! All of the appliances were brand new when we moved in and it helped adjust moving into a new place, knowing that we had reliable things to use.

The place is good and near to my workplace. Very convenient going to work and value is worh it

Maintenance of building has improved over previous owner. Hallway is vacuumed, grass cut, hallway lights working.
