Convienient but over priced compare to similar places

Decent place to live. easy access to highway and close to Downtown Naperville, Wheaton and Winnfield. Maintenance is adequate. Amenities could be improved. Noise is manageable when they don't mow at 7AM in the morning every 3 to 4 days. Recently too many noisy and classless residents moved in. Rent is by far the biggest negative. It's on average $200-350/mth over priced compared to similar and close by appartment complexes.

about $200/mth overpriced unit compare to similar apartment complexes in the Area that have been built around the same time and have not been renovated. Renovated unit are $400/Mth overpriced. Renovated units are very noisy (no sound proofing after they renovated the unit). Great location close the highway and downtown naperville. Great maintenance staff (for the most part. There are always 1-2 bad apples everywhere you go). Similar comment on the staff in general.

Very nice community

Been here a few months so far and absolutely love it. Place is very nice inside and the neighbors have been wonderful. A little pricey but aren't they all?

Nice place to live if U put up W/ bad dog owners

For the most past it's a good place to live. Too many dog owners who don't clean up after their pets and use other amenities as dog park instead the dog park available to them. No options to live in a Dog Free building. So when one dog bark the rest of the dogs in the building bark too.
