Decent location, nice staff and prompt at addressing issues. However it is getting way overpriced vs surrounding similar community with more updated amenities and better more updated apartments. Keep increasing rates even when rates are going down everywhere else.

Decent property although becoming more like a "gone crazy HOA mentality" with way too many silly rules. The property owners nickle and dime you for everything and their prices are becoming so outrageous that a lot of decent people are leaving the property (the property used to be constantly full. Now you see 20-25% of the property empty!). Some of the new residents are very loud, obnoxious and some are trashy as well. There are a lot of "advertising" being done for outside businesses disguised as "benefits and support" for the residents. This used to be a very quiet and close community. The staff used to be also very good but some of the better staff also left the property and this has further deteriorated the community. It's sad how this community and property management went down the past few years!

Have been extremely satisfied with Village Greens. Love the gym, pool for my daughter and the staff and maintenance are top notch! Would highly recommend

Decent place to live. easy access to highway and close to Downtown Naperville, Wheaton and Winnfield. Maintenance is adequate. Amenities could be improved. Noise is manageable when they don't mow at 7AM in the morning every 3 to 4 days. Recently too many noisy and classless residents moved in. Rent is by far the biggest negative. It's on average $200-350/mth over priced compared to similar and close by appartment complexes.
