I know for a fact that you have had tenants that live right next-door to me that have been 2 1/2+ months behind when I first took residence in this unit and you put a five day notice on my door for being 13 days behind that’s so baffles me but thanks for letting me know Your care for your tenants.

Other than the walls being thin, I haven't had many major problems in the five years I've been a resident here. It's close to expressways and shopping.

I lived here eight years and it’s a very quiet neighborhood. Property management takes care of property and has recently put in new driveway / asphalt with good drainage, so there is no flooding of street level apartment basements. They keep everything up to code.
