It's absolutely the best apartment i have ever rented! Miss Mary the property manager went absolutely above and beyond anything i could imagine! She is so passionate and kind and knowledgeable about the property as well as myself as person! The maintenance repairs what little that need be within 24 hours? The community area is always clean and painted and floors replaced annually. The landscape has been completely redone and the parking lot is in process of the same. The security is top notch and the neighbors are responsible and respectful

I have never had any noise problems, mantenance is LIGHTNING quick and does a good job, all around an amazing place. My only complaints are with laundry. Laundry is around $4-5 a load for wash+dry, which is a pretty high cost for basic cleaning. Other than that, excellent place to live!

I've lived here since Oct. 2024. It's fairly quiet. Plenty of parking staff are amazing and very responsive, overall, 8/10. Only downfall is there is no walk-up for pedestrians, and it's 1 way in and 1 way out
