Renters appreciate the renovated apartments with fresh paint, new carpet, and new appliances, including in-unit washers and dryers. Rent increased $400 over the past 4-5 years. Was very good before that happened. They are adding new appliances to the apartments they pushed people out of with rent increases. Meanwhile ours has appliances from the 70s. They used to cover water/trash/waste water. Now, we have to pay for it. Also, required renters insurance. I would not recommend for new shoppers unless you are willing to pay for it.

I like living here but unexpected billing for sewer, water and trash. caught me by surprise, So now i need to include that in to my monthly budget, but management saying that billing is going to vary from month to month
