The worst living experience ever

Maintenance don’t leave your house how you left it, window blinds wide open. The laundry room barelt works and nobody knows how to work it not even the number on the machines, I’m not able to my packages because the mail carriers do not have access yo out buildings, the new mailboxes only have a box thats only a little bigger than our personal mail boxes, dog mess is everywhere. They keep going up on rent like they are making our apartments better. My tub is cracked and they fixed it with some puddy that makes me tub look disgusting. The walls are so thin that i can hear my neighbors having sex, dogs barkings obnoxiously. It smells in the hallways because of the pets. The staff are rude and do not have knowledge about anything except late payments. Lastly, it doesnt make any sense that i have to pay an extra $23 to oat my rent on time. There is also an unnecessary fee if we go in the office to pay rent on time. It is a mess. Just taking all of my money. I liked living here much better when King Rentals owned. I know you may wonder why i still live here and that is because it us not easy to move.

Nolan Properties

Since Nolan took over the name has changed a least twice which is crazy. They have done cosmetic modifications to the outside of the property but what about the inside? I am sure the inside of the remodeled apartments are nice and worth the asking price but for those who have resided here prior to Nolan taking over modifications need to be made before rent increases. I was told that I could move into one of the empties for 30 days while my apartment was remodeled. They all but laughed when I asked if they were going to assist me with the move. My rent is going up $348 and they are advertising $850+ on this app. Perhaps the rent increase is their way of strong arming “certain”tenants..smdh

This can be better

I do not like how my rent keep going up and my apartment is not up to par. I have a cracked tub that they fixed with some goey stuff that makes my tub look disgusting. So no bubble baths just showers. I do not like how when I pay rent that there is this huge fee just because I am paying online, but it’s in time. To have to pay to pay rent is insane. I do not like how the mail carriers do not have access to properly deliver my packages to where I pay rent at. Furthermore, it took them over a year to rebuild the laundromat just for them to be over expensive by not washing amd drying properly. After spending $2.00 to dry one load, my clothes should’ve came out hotter than the sun at the end of June. Nolan took over this property and just been doing anything!
