First let me say, I grew up military. Lots of travel, lots of renting, lots of landlords. Francisco, the current landlord, is BY FAR the absolute best landlord I have ever had out of all the states I’ve lived. And there’s been tons. He cares about his tenants and it shows. He is quick to hear and fix concerns. He is incredibly kind, patient, and loving. I think he is an uncommon spirit in that he takes pride in his work. When we first moved in he assured me we would be taken care of, and through thick and thin, he has done just that. We are so sad to have to be leaving to another state due to some changes in life circumstances but whoever takes our place will be so blessed to experience what we have here. We are truly heartbroken to be leaving. We will always look back on this season as a time with a wonderful adorable apartment that felt safe, clean and met every need, and I fear none with match the standard he has set. We appreciate you SO MUCH FRANCISCO!!!!!

I've been living here 10 years. When I first moved here everything was all old and there was a lot of problems. The new manager came in and try to fix all what's old. My rent went up but they have to because all the stuff they had to fix. Other than that they doing a good job.
