Nice place but way overpriced
Rent has increased over 40% since moving in a few years ago (over $6k increase per year). Landlord uses appliances until they are falling apart. A/C went out in the heat of summer and did not have unit replaced for over a week because "holding company puts off replacement as long as possible" (maintenance rep direct quote).

Savannah Trace Review
I’ve lived here for about 4 years now. I love space, the price, maintenance is always ready to help which is a big plus. The only downside, is that when it comes to noise cancellation, it leaves a lot to be desired. I tend to be able to hear everything outside very clearly, be it animal or car or neighbor.

Nice place to live
I have lived in Savannah trace appartments for 4 years. I like where I live because is very close to my favorite stores. The Amtrak station is very close as well. When I need to go downtown I preferred taking the train rather than driving. The location is very convenient.
