Pleasant place to live, safe and friendly neighborhood. Maintenance and all staff is professional. Gym and clubhouse as well as business office are all so neat and clean.

This is a quiet and safe neighborhood. The office staff is very helpful and they have prompt response time. I love the location right off the highway.

Price has significantly risen well above the rate of inflation. The pricing is aligned to that of a luxury new build apartment without the new building structure (insulation is poor, noticeable concerns on wiring, and overall old design). Pricing before excessive increases was reasonable relative to the value.

The maintenance team is the only good thing about this place. Dumpsters that don't fit, units that are poorly insulated, and an office staff that is downright rude.
