Been living here for last 5 years. Can't get any significant work orders done (been trying to get my front door replaced since I moved in). Other than cutting grass absolutely no lawn care. Weeds have taken over entrances a

i would love to see people pick up and clean around their area of rental. and kids being respectful. and houses up dated inside and out and rental not to go up any higher.
