Its a good location- i do wish parking was built into rent. The amenities are good for the gym and snacks in the vending machine. Sometimes its filled and the laundry sometimes workes with or without the app.

Living at Civic Center has been an enjoyable experience. It is located in downtown Peoria, IL - minutes from the waterfront and a handful of redtaurants. The property manager is great and acts fasts on maintenance requests. The gym recently got a few new treadmills which are great additions. Many people believe downtown Peoria to be dangerous, but I have not had a bad experience since living here. Would recommend!

I’ve enjoyed my stay at Civic Center Plaza Apartments. The price is reasonable and the views can be great. The landlord stays on top of it and is easily accessible. You have to pay to parking for the garage and the gym is okay. The apartment interior and appliances are updated and of better quality.
