Clean & Easy

Overall, I have had a very positive experience living here. The move-in process was easy, and the unit was very clean. Maintenance is quick to respond to any issues, and the laundry amenities are simple to use. The only issue would be parking. I believe this is likely more of an issue with the area than the apartment itself, but obtaining parking wad not as simple as I was led to believe.

My experience

I’ve lived here for almmost five years. I’m pretty much very happy with everything. Well…I won’t drink the water!??

It is what it is

I've been living here for 3 years and the rent has gone up every year. The water is hot and the neighbors are quiet, the maintenance team seem to be great, I've never called them but I always see them. Could do a little bit better with groundskeeping.

Fine place to live

Been here about a year now. When I've needed maintenance, they've been quick to respond and do actually fix things. The building itself is in good shape, too. The only annoyance is parking, which is a little limited but even that isn't too bad.

Beautiful vintage apartment

Lovely apartment on quiet street. No amenities except basement laundry. Great maintenance response. No parking and street parking in permit area is very competitive.
