Great location and price but noisy and transparency issues

The apartment is a great value and maintenance is great, but the company was not transparent about the parking, which went against the district's guideline that landlords need to inform tenants about parking availability. There is no street parking availability on my block and both the leasing agent and company did not say anything about it so I have been left to park my car far away and I have to walk alone in the dark at night to get home.

Review

It is very easy to hear upstairs/downstairs neighbors. I wish there was a laundry room in the basement of my building so I didn't have to walk down the alley to use this amenity.

Oak Park Apartments in a great apartment rental company. Since I've lived here, rent and parking has increased. Unfortunately, I have yet to see any upgrades to the parking area and in my apartment (old appliances). These would be greatly appreciated.
