The building is old, but it is an excellent space, beighbors are friendly, there’s plenty of space for the cost, and the management is responsive and friendly. You also can’t argue with the location, being a mere block from a grocery store and a short walk to public transit and downtown Oak Park.

A nice, well-located apartment

My wife and I have lived here for nearly two years, and things have been really good. It's in a great location, and when issues pop up, we're quick to get replies from the office workers. The maintenance staff they hire are extremely friendly and even more knowledgeable; they're in and out, with the issue fixed in no time. The only downside is that the off-street parking is a little tight, which is difficult as my wife is heavily pregnant.
