Self-employed individuals should be able to present their most recent quarterly tax report.  In addition, you must demonstrate that you have enough money in your bank account to comfortably cover all move-in costs or that such funds will be available at the time of move-in. The application process will move much faster if you submit these items along with your application. Failure to submit these documents in a timely fashion (maximum 3 days from application) may result in a declined application. Apt 3W

The building is nice but I called maintenance about not having a screen in one of my windows and some missing wood on the walls, nothing was ever done. Also I like to use the laundry room but can’t because there is a large group of young men who sit down there to smoke weed, I can smell the weed in my apartment every time they do it.

Oak Park Apartments

I love my apartment. Aside from typical apartment nuances (noisy neighbors) everyone is nice. Maintenance responds in a timely fashion, I love my area, overall I enjoy living and renting with them.
