The building is quite everyone keep to themselves. Maintenance does come when you call them. The space is big and clean. Although I thought that living on Austin Blvd was going to be hectic. It is actually quite and it was not what I expected.

I love the fact that I am minutes away from public transportation i.e the CTA Blue line. It takes me 30 minutes to get to work and I never have to move my car. I have a great parking space, the apartment is a nice size. Even though I have only been here fort 1 month I am enjoying my space. No loud neighbors or neighborhood. For what I pay a month it's well worth it. Would highly recommend this apartment and the rental agency.

I've been here for a few years now. It is very quiet, which I appreciate so much. Everyone has been very respectful with their volume. The building is secure and we have Mr. Charles who is always on it. I don't drive so I don't know about the parking. I'm pleased

The apartment is very spacious and decent. we are on the third floor and face a major street but the noise level is average. management is very responsive and always communicate with the tenants regarding maintenance.

Oak Park Apartments does a really great job of trying to maintain their apartments, which is especially appreciated because of the age of the building. We've been so impressed with how quick they are to respond to maintenance requests. Some components like the parking and laundry situation definitely could be way better, but overall, we're happy with Oak Park Apartments and would rent with them again if/when we move again.
