The space is in a good location and the apartment is great. Its pretty loud, the windows don‘t keep out much of it. But overall a really great apartment so far.

Car was broken into twice on a paid lot house was broken into once. The price is hyperinflated and street parking is virtually non existent.

I have been living in this apartment for the past three months, and so far I have very little to no complaints. The apartment itself is great! I love the layout, the closet space, the hardwood floors, and on and on. My unit itself lives fairly close to the laundry room, which I am appreciative of (even if there is no in-unit and a load costs $1.75). The location is very conveniently located near the highway, Blue Line, and Harrison with lots of small buisnesses and street festivals. However, my biggest complaint is the parking. Unfortunately the closest on-street parking with Oak Park is either on Austin (with very off hours) or Harrison where many other apts also park. Now I was able to find a nearby lot down the alleyway, but closer on street parking, and maybe that's something that could be worked out with the township, would be greatly appreciated by me and my wallet. Overall, very happy with the decision to live here and grateful for this space.

Good price cobstruction next door is annoying if you had any hopes of sleeping in. The place is clean has good amount of space

I have stayed in my apartment for 3 years. The area is very convenient, outside property well maintained, parking could be better, could yse some updating inside. Nice neighborhood.
