It's okay

There is absolutely no insulation within the walls and floors. Maintenance is slow to fix issues. The heat and air circulation is poor. It's either hot or cold. The appliances are on the low end.

good location and service.

neighbors are friendly and have no problems with anyone. traffic is brisk in the a.m living on a business street. finding parking after work hours is a little difficult sometimes later opens up in the late a.m. for. For me, washing is a little expensive but convenience

Great place but limited parking

Living here has been great, the only issues I found were that the hardeood floors creak a lot and the parking around the area is not the most renter-friendly, at least if you have more than one car. The maintenance team is wuick to respond but the building is regularily cleaned.
