Neighbors are Everything

The location is great for me. Guaranteed overnight Parking is available for a fee. Daytime parking is like playing musical chairs for people who work nights. Most of my neighbors are respectful of noise levels and common area cleanliness. The no smoking policy seems to be very hard to enforce.

Highs and lows

Laundry is nice but sometimes the app can’t connect to the machines. Lots of noise on Austin Blvd at night during warm evenings. Parking permits for oak park are far too expensive. A discount would be nice. My apartment was rushed to finish before I moved in and several things around the apartment were not finished until I had been in the apartment for a little over a month. Stainless steel appliances are very nice. Bathroom sink is very small and not made for anyone taller than 5’8”.
