Management does not care to maintain property. They do not respond or communicate unless it is in regards to rent. We have had several gas leaks and no one from management office or management responds to anything and has the nerve to get upset when you call because of the lack of their response.

My experience has been pretty good here. My only issue is that I didn’t have a parking spot when i moved in. I still don’t have parking and I’ve lived here for a year and four months.

Great location neighbors are very quiet. Only main issue is that ive been on a wait list since we moved in for the buildings parking lot.

My apartment, It was relatively peaceful until the arrival of the upstairs neighbor with two dogs. Unfortunately, she's quite noisy, especially around 3 am, which disrupts my sleep. I understand she's new to the building, but it's important for her to be considerate of others' sleep schedules between 12 am and 9 am. Additionally, her dogs bark excessively when she's away, indicating they need some training. Overall, I enjoy living here, but I hope for a quieter environment like before her arrival.

It has been a pleasant experience thus far.

I love the location. I love the actual apartment. However, I think my apartment is too expensive for what it is and the walls are thin and I have to listen to my neighbor cry almost every single day.
