Where do I even begin. DO NOT LET PICTURES FOOL YOU. Hes putting makeup on a turd. Weve been in our unit for only 7 months and floors are seperating and ceilings cracking. I presented Mr. Forsberg with a potential mold case in my room and he proceeds to tell me that it was cig smoke from the last renters. This was a freshly renovated unit and cig smoke dont peel walls. 1. Theres a cieling leak he refuses to do anything about 2. Theres visible water damage right in front of the elavator thats been there for months 3. Theres exposed plumbing that I guess he refuses to patch up. 4. The washer machine constatly leaks and floods the floord around it and when you text Mr. Forsberg about said flooding be ignores you. 5. People leave their garbage down on the main floor in the hall. Its just disgusting. I have NO idea why hes remodeling untis when the core structure of the building is falling apart. Go live anywhere else. Also theres zero ammenties. No pool, no bbq area, no gym. All the while charging $1600 to live in a moldy, mildew water damaged apartment. Bizarre.
Building has improved under new ownership in the last 12 mos
I have lived here for 13 years. Building was taken over by new owners last September, and much has improved. Bill (bldg manager) is great!
Apartment
They eliminated assigned parking making it frightening to return home late. Washers/dryers not adequate for 60 + units. Due to hole in roof have mold in walls. Doors continually propped open to make access easier for staff AND random individuals
New Resident
So far, in our first month, we are very happy with our new home. Maintenance request have been fulfilled promptly and everyone has been very kind. However, there are still a couple requests that have not been fulfilled from our initial move in walkthrough. Parking is plentiful in the lot, but the spots could stand to be wider so it's easier to get in and out. Also, if there was a way to have recycling that would be a great addition to the existing amenities.
