Photo of animal is required. Owner is responsible for picking up after their animal; violators can be fined up to $100 per occurrence. Cats and Dogs are the only animals permitted on the premises. Any unregistered animals discovered may result in a fine of up to $500. Guest animals are not permitted on the premises. Exotic animals are prohibited.

Been living here for almost a year now and can't wait to move out. Bio-Film filling up our tub, rude neighbors that are never addressed, broken sinks, broken faucets, broken doors. Mold everywhere in the hallways. Our daughter has gotten sick 3 times due to no heat traveling to her room in the dead of winter. No accountability when management makes a mistake. We put in 5 tickets to fix our heat. It is finally working, but it still does not travel to our daughters room well enough for her to feel warm and comfortable. By far, the worst residence I've ever lived and cannot wait to leave. Disgusting.
