Awesome place
We've lived here since February 12, 2022. Have been very happy with everything. The staff is amazing! Mar'Shell is so friendly and helpful. Maintenance manager, Jeremy is a great guy! Very helpful and quick to answer maintenance requests. Very quiet, great neighbors, pet friendly! Who could ask for more? But wait! Mar'Shell throws resident event every month. She goes all out with decorations, dressing for the event. Today, she threw a Mardi Gras event with goodie bags for all attendees! Filled with a cupcake, some beads, a pin, bracelet and candy. Decorations and she was wearing some AWESOME glittery gold shoes! So glad we live here!!

Quite and Peaceful
I have lived here for just 2 years. Complex grounds are well maintained. Located in close proximity to medical facilities, shops and food markets. Also park nearby. There is also bus service if needed. I Like the layout of my apartment and appreciate having a washer and dryer. Apartment has a small outdoor patio area with storage. Mostly like the peacefulness of the complex. Neighbors speak to each other. The only negative is there are no security cameras. If anyone is looking for a nice/quite place to live I would definitely recommend Village Woods.

Great community living
Have lived here approx. a year and a half. Neighbors are friendly, Staff is ready to help in any situation and also very friendly. I love how quite it is here. You don't even here car noises or barking dogs. My apt. is very modern with all the built in appliances one could ask for, especially the washer and dryer. Also the apt. complex is in a great location to all kinds of restaurants and shopping. For anyone looking to rent, I would definitely recommend Village Woods.

I normally don't give reviews, but I feel compelled to say a few things. First I want to commend Mar'Shell. She is the most professional and pleasant person I have spoken with in quite a while and I'm in customer service. She answers questions with knowledge and professionalism. She is an asset to your company. Secondly, I feel I need to address the parking. Either there is not enough "area" parking for tenants or there are "external" person(s) parking at the complex. In my opinion, I think there should be up to two parking spots and these spots should be marked with Apartment #. It's really a fight to be able to park close to your door. I sometimes come home late at night and have to park further than I should have to. I have to haul my stuff across the parking lot.
