These restrictions do not apply to qualified assistance animals. We are pet friendly!   The Blake offers a leash-free pet playground and a pet spa for your furry friend! Pet rent is $35/mo per pet. There is a 2 pet max, and a $300 nonrefundable pet fee. While we do not have a weight limit, we do have breed restrictions.  Breed restrictions: Bull Terriers, Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Dobermans, German Shepherds, Cane Corsos, Akitas, Staffordshire terriers, Bullmastifs and Husky.  Some mixed breeds and other Guardian Breeds may be conditionally allowed. These restrictions do not apply to qualified assistance animals. Small caged animals accepted.  Reptiles, birds and amphibians not accepted.   Fees do not apply for service animals.

Love it here! Most of the folks are so nice and it’s quiet too! Can’t really hear through the floors and walls! So happy I made the move!
