There is a 2 pet max per apartment home, and a $300 nonrefundable pet fee. While we do not have a weight limit, we do have breed restrictions. Breed restrictions: Bull Terriers, Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Dobermans, German Shepherds, Cane Corsos, Akitas, Staffordshire terriers, Bullmastifs and Husky. Some mixed breeds and other Guardian Breeds may be conditionally allowed. These restrictions do not apply to qualified assistance animals. Small caged animals accepted. Reptiles, birds and amphibians not accepted. Fees do not apply for service animals.
