Great Safe Community

The staff is great and accomedating, things are often fixed in a timely manner, they offer a lot for the residents to utilize gym, pool, computers, firepit, etc. The halls and amenities are all kept very clean. My neighbors are noisy but the overall noise levels around are respectfully quiet. The parking is okay but often gets hard to find a spot close to my building because there are no assigned spots. The garbages often over-fill and we are charged more for that. The water quality is concerning, its harsh and leaves limescale builds up quickly. It also effects the dishwasher and leaves built up residue on the dishes. The power washing wasnt done very well, it caused the seasonal bug issue to come back worse because it wasnt resprayed with bug solution.
