We require a current bank statement (showing enough to cover move-in costs) and another financial document such as a pay stub, award letter, job offer letter (for future employment only), tax return form (for self-employed applicants only), etc. Pay stubs should demonstrate tax withholding by the employer. Self-employed individuals should be able to present their most recent quarterly tax report.  In addition, you must demonstrate that you have enough money in your bank account to comfortably cover all move-in costs or that such funds will be available at the time of move-in. The application process will move much faster if you submit these items along with your application. Failure to submit these documents in a timely fashion (maximum 3 days from application) may result in a declined application. Overall Good Value

It's a quality building positioned within walking distance of grocers, pharmacies, restaurants, and public transit should you need to get around without a vehicle. The building doesn't offer much in amenities beyond laundry/storage in the basement, but the floor plans are smart and offers quite a bit of storage. Overall, I've been satisfied with the property and it's management team. They are responsive if there are issues and in nearly a year, I've only had to reach out to them 3-4 times. They were quick to get the problem resolved and made sure to communicate what was done and by whom.
