I live living in forest park. The only thing I dislike is having to walk from a parking spot 10 minutes away from my apartment. We have a parking lot behind my building but some apartments comes with parking and some dont. I dont like that.

Love the location. I can easily walk to anything on Madison St. Other residents are friendly. Down payment was a lot but the one deciding factor for me was the utilities included. Maintenance is alright. Paint job wasn't done well. The door frames and hardware were painted over so much the doors wouldn't close. Laundry is nice. Wish they would maintain it better.

It's a quality building positioned within walking distance of grocers, pharmacies, restaurants, and public transit should you need to get around without a vehicle. The building doesn't offer much in amenities beyond laundry/storage in the basement, but the floor plans are smart and offers quite a bit of storage. Overall, I've been satisfied with the property and it's management team. They are responsive if there are issues and in nearly a year, I've only had to reach out to them 3-4 times. They were quick to get the problem resolved and made sure to communicate what was done and by whom.

Quiet and safe.
