It's a nice apartment and area to be in but the walls have no insulation so u can hear everything your neighbors are doing. Alot of neighbors do not smoke far enough away from the building even though they are suppose to

How long have i lived at the Riveria apt 1 year. What i like about the apartment the bus and shopping area. What could be change unknown? need more time..

My overall experience living here is been pretty well. I do have minor problems that I need to address to someone but other than that I’m satisfied would like something bigger, but looks like it’s gonna take a while.
