This spring we installed all new windows in the building. The property has 3 side entrances that serve 6 apartments each. This property is quiet and offers a lot of privacy. We are a 3-block walk to everything in Evanston: the purple line, downtown shops, and tasty restaurants.

Affordable

The biggest hassle is having the laundry room and trash entry outside and not internally in the building, especially during winter. The heating is great and cozy maintenance is quick to respond.

its a nice spot but has its issues

I really enjoy most of living here, however there are few concerning issues that seem to go on unresolved. There is an issue with ice build up on the sidewalks and stairs that don't get salted early enough or continuously, it would help if residents were provided with salt to remedy the issue and prevent dangerous falls.
