Other types of pets are not allowed. *Unfortunately, we can’t allow Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, American Staffordshire Terriers, Bull Mastiffs, Chow Chows, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Huskies, Mastiffs (including Bull Mastiffs, Cane Corso Mastiffs, English Mastiffs, Italian Mastiffs, Neapolitan Mastiffs, and Tibetan Mastiffs), Pit Bulls, Presa Canarios, Rottweilers, and Wolf hybrids. In addition, the Russian Bear Dog is not permitted at this time. We’re restricted by our insurance policy, otherwise we would allow all breeds. These are super cute apartments with lots of space and a cute balcony. The buildings are close to down town too and the walking trails.

I love living here, its clean and safe and very close to both sides of town. My only complaint would be that they take months to get to the maintenance requests. Its a super cute apartment but could definitely use some upgrades and less paint on the carpeted stairs in the hall.
