Way too expensive for outdated small apartments. Living so close to the train should be considered a negative if you drive regularly and don't need to take the train much. Its noisy and adds a lot of traffic that is unavoidable. Zero amenities besides the washer and dryer and those cost too much too. Always have to have quarters too, being able to use a debit card or cash would be nice. Management is always looking for an extra dime.

Too expensive. Not worth the cost at all. The stairs to the laundry room have been filthy forever. Constant work being done on the outside that adds no value for the residents. Old appliances. Cheap carpeting. Yet somehow $500 more expensive per month compared to when i moved in. Where is that money going?
