I've lived here for 8 years and it's been a great experience. The building is well maintained, nice neighbors, pet friendly and management stays on top of things. Can't ask for more than that. Very close to METRA and blue line isn't far. Apartments are quiet even with being close to O'Hare. The new community room is a nice addition. We can now hang out with neighbors or host a small party.

We have lived here for just a year now. Maintenance is responsive and the walls are thick so you cannot hear anyone in other apartments. A lounge was built which is an enjoyable spot to work from home or to relax.

Kingston Pointe is a great place to live. Rent is expensive everywhere, especially in this area, but Kingston Pointe actually feels worth it. Common spaces are nice and kept clean. Management is nice and responsive.

I've lived here for 2+yrs now and it's been pretty good, there really aren't any amenities but the apartments them selves are very high quality, quite, sturdy. I live in one of the penthouses, and for the rent I pay I would have expected higher end appliances and finishes. What is there is just ok, flooring should have been much nicer same with fridge stove and should have be new high end washer and dryer instead of cheapest ones you can find. Hopefully owner learns.

Amazing building, community, and location, but plagued with a lot of building issues - mainly water. Water pressure is very weak, sometimes cutting off completely, and also hot water goes out frequently. All that topped off with a very slow response and escalation toward resolution. Really do love this building, but wishing and being thankful to take an encumbered shower at the prices being charged for rent is very off-putting. This would be a five-star property without the water issue.
